Lingonberry - the berry of immortality!
The lingonberry is a prized and loved fruit that is mainly served with game dishes in the cuisines of Northern and Central Europe. The fruits contain many healthy substances such as vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3 and β-carotene. The fruits also contain minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphate.
